1. Who processes your data

WS is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any question relating to this policy or to exercise your rights, write to our email address.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form or by email. This includes your name, email address, the product categories you select and the content of your enquiry, together with anything else you choose to tell us about your brand. We do not collect special categories of personal data and we do not ask for them.

Our web server may record standard technical log data such as IP address, browser type and time of access. This data is generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and is used only for security and to keep the site running.

4. Who receives your data

Form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit, a third party service that forwards the content of the form to our email inbox. Your data also passes through our hosting provider and our email provider. These parties act as processors and may only handle your data on our instructions.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers and we do not use it to build profiles.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the providers mentioned above may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within twenty four months. Enquiries that lead to a contract are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short technical retention period.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, or provide it in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to the email address above and are answered within one month.

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
